An award winning IT/Technology provider are actively looking for a Finance Manager to join their small yet busy finance team based in Central London.

Reporting in to the Managing Director and overseeing a team of 2, you will be responsible for ensuring the

Duties include:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts - P&L, budgeting/forecasting, cashflow, trial balance etc
  • Preparing and processing monthly accruals, prepayments and journals
  • Month end close
  • Overseeing Accounts payable function
  • Dealing with any supplier quires
  • Preparing quarterly VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit Control
  • Producing monthly
  • Process payroll
  • Ad hoc tasks

The successful candidate MUST have previous management experience and will have worked in a similar role - producing full management accounts

Experience on Xero and Quickbooks are desirable. Excel skills are expected to be to be at a high standard
