This is a brand new role in a market leading FMCG company. The Finance Director is looking for a qualified/ finalist accountant to assist in the running of the finance team. The role is critical to the development of the finance function and continued growth of the business. You will supervise a small team and take ownership of cash flow reporting, management accounts and month end processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly management accounts preparation and reporting
  • Statutory accounts preparation
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Management of the Audit and external relationships.

The ideal candidate:

  • Finalist or qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
  • Confident on accounting systems with intermediate excel (V-lookups, pivot tables and sum Ifs)
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
