Finance Operations Assistant | 10 Month Fixed Term Contract | £25000

Marks Sattin are recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial planning and investment business based in Cheshire who are seeking a Finance Operations Administrator to join the team on a 10 month fixed term contract basis.

Duties

  • Reconciliation of daily cash receipts to client records
  • Validation, tracking and recognition of revenue across core platforms & systems
  • Management and processing of refunds across platforms and systems
  • Liaising with business areas and 3rd parties to understand any discrepancies on revenue receipts
  • Support our Advisers ensuring their income is correctly allocated, reported and understood
  • General business support

Person Spec

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team
  • Experience using CRM system
  • Strong Excel
  • Experience working with Financial services (Desirable)
