Marks Sattin are currently working with a Doncaster based Manufacturer, to assist in the recruitment of a Finance Transformation Analyst who will take the delivery lead on finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities;

• Work with key stakeholders to assess current working practices.
• Assist in the creation of new ways of working that are optimised, remove waste and utilise the finance systems & processes to their fullest.
• Drive & embed a continuous improvement culture within finance.
• Work with the finance systems analyst to determine system enhancements & integrations that will drive the transformation roadmap
• Conduct Finance business process re-engineering.

Skills;

• Finance background.
• Experience using Six sigma / Lean principles
• Able to design processes & create system development plans.
• Process management experience.
• Experience in a finance systems / transformation environment.
