An award winning retailer based in South London are looking to add an experienced Financial Accountant to their finance team.

Reporting in to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial accounting, group reporting, statutory reporting and group consolidation.

Duties include:

  • Producing monthly group reporting packs for senior management
  • Management of statutory reporting, compliance and audit
  • Full ownership of balance sheet across the group
  • Working closely with senior management accountant on preparation of month end accounts
  • Confirming payment runs
  • Improve efficiency across the finance team and ad hoc projects
  • Ad hoc support and analysis across the team

The successful candidate will ideally be either at finalist stages of newly qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, and come from a strong technical background with previous statutory reporting, compliance and consolidation experience.
