An international property business is seeking a Newly Qualified ACA to join their London based office. They are seeking a Financial Accountant who will be tasked with overall responsibility of the year end statutory accounting and tax issues for the companies UK entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all the statutory financial statements for the UK entities
• Prepare the annual consolidation under FRS 102 and liaison with the UK and Group auditors
• Liaise with external auditors and statutory auditors for the UK entities within the Group
• Attend monthly board meetings
• Ad hoc projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Newly qualified ACA Accountant
• Must have up to date FRS 102 and IFRS knowledge
• Property/real estate clients is desirable
• Must be detail conscious and methodical in approach
