Financial Accountant - Retail

A newly qualified Financial Accountant required by a multinational retail business based in Central London to join their finance team.

Key accountabilities:

  • Conduct a monthly/weekly reconciliationof the bank accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly recurrent support invoices to customers
  • Production of year end accounts
  • Management of intercompany transactions between international entities
  • Supporting the Finance Manager
  • Working on continuous process improvements
  • Ad-hoc project work
  • Review of quarterly VAT returns

Essential skill and experience:

  • ACA Newly qualified with up 1 year's PQE
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • A good communicator
  • A team player
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel Pivot tables and V look-ups)
  • Experience in the retail (preferable)

The role will be based in their busy Central London office, easily accessible by public Transport. This is a 12 month fixed term contract with possibility of extension, paying up to £60k pa.
