· Manage the year-end financial closing process, ensuring all entries are accurate and complete.

· Prepare financial statements in accordance with French GAAP and UK accounting standards.

· Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate a smooth audit process.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.

· Review and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support management decisions.

· Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role, particularly in preparing for audits.

· Strong knowledge of French GAAP and UK accounting standards.

· Fluency in French and English is essential.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
