Leading Professional Services firm in Central London is looking to hire a Qualified Financial Controller, someone who ideally has had experience within a business where people are the product. With over 20 years in the market, the business has recently gained investment and looking to increase headcount by 20% in the next year across the core central functions of Finance, Marketing and Operations.

This role will have a dual reporting line, the Managing Director will be looking for insightful and hi value insight from the actuals, with support in laying down a clear 5 year plan, providing strategic advice and support on business cases. The CFO based in the UK, will be looking for accurate and timely reporting skills, with a strong track record of managing and improving a small team of transactional staff (4 heads).

Ideally you will be looking at this role as a step up and opportunity to grow with the business, which is focused on coaching and training. You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA Equivalent) ideally with at least 3 years following from qualification. Those who trained in Audit are encouraged to apply.
