The Client: Boutique Real Estate Investment
The Location: London City Centre
Renowned Real Estate Investment firm in both Residential & Commercial real estate based in London City Centre are looking to add to their corporate finance team. Financial Controller reporting directly into the Finance Director.
The Role:
- Quarterly management reporting across a range of Group entities
- Preparation of detailed group and sub-group annual budgets and business plans incorporating P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow forecasts.
- Year-end accounts preparation including dealing with auditors.
- Managing fee income including adhering to Advisory Agreements in place with clients and raising sales invoices as necessary.
- Liaising with outsourced providers
- Review and presentation of quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements for a number of investments.
- Oversee and developing the Senior Accountant
The Requirements:
- ACA qualified or equivalent
- At least 2 years post qualification
- Good knowledge of GAAP (particularly UK GAAP and IFRS).
- Understanding of VAT, UK Corporation Tax and other UK taxes.
- Experience of using accounting systems, including recording transactions and extracting reports / information.
