A PE backed property tech business is looking for a financial controller for an initial 6 month contract. This is due to the business rapidly expanding.

As the financial controller you will be responsible for all quarterly management reporting and oversight of a timely audit preparation.

Main responsibility:

  • Lead the financial audit
  • Restructure accounting and finance functions
  • Prepare quarterly management accounting
  • Ownership of accounting system migration and implementation
  • Statutory reporting - UK GAAP / IFRS
  • Led the budgets and forecasting

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong excel / modelling
  • Professional service background

This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 3 years post qualified experience who is looking for a challenge and keen to build a finance function. Early application is advised.
