A global Recruitment business is looking for an extraordinary Financial Director to help drive business strategy alongside the traditional roles of a Financial Director. The highly experienced management team have a strong plan for growth, and require a Financial Director who can join the board and partner with them to reach their objectives.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad remit across finance and accounts over multiple brands and revenue streams
  • Managing the finance team
  • Be across all budgeting, forecasting and KPI report to assist the business and management team towards its growth strategy
  • Reshape the team and systems in place
  • Overhaul of finance function

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a focused group in a lively environment, working closely with the business and have a real impact overall.

The ideal candidate:

  • Will essentially hold an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
  • Will need experience of working as a Financial Director in a division or subsidiary of a larger group or been an autonomous CFO
  • Will be able to demonstrate experience of strategic partnership at a board level within a recruitment business (or people based business)
  • Will have experience working in a multisite group in a multinational environment involving managing relationships with HQ (this could be at a divisional or subsidiary level)
  • Would be comfortable working closely with the operations of a people-based business
