A highly ambitious and growing PE backed buy & build professional services business is seeking to recruit a Financial Controller in order to take ownership of the finance function and support the strategic direction of the business.

With full responsibility for the overall development of the finance team and ownership of the day to day running of the finance function you will be a driven and results orientated leader, able to identify opportunities for improvements in systems, processes, and controls. The FC will have a strong relationship with senior management and significant interaction with the wider business, therefore the role requires someone with strong communicative skills. The Financial Controller will also be tasked with playing a crucial role in a planned period of M&A.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with proven experience as Financial Controller or related in a business experiencing significant change and tranformation. This is an excellent opportunity to play a leading role in an exciting business as it embarks on the next stage in its growth and development.
