A global hospitality company is seeking a commercially minded Financial Controller to join their West London based team. They will deliver on both FP&A and control aspects, as well as managing a small finance team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the consistence and standardization of processes as well as good monitoring of the group's result. A large element of the role will be leading the month-end reporting, as well as managing a team of four. Another considerable element to the role is providing the relevant analysis to relevant departments, through in depth understanding of P&L and KPI's. You will be coordinating the monthly forecast and annual budget processes.

  • Post qualification experience within the hospitality sector
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Experience managing and supervising a team
  • Positive, confident candidate who wants to thrive for the best in their work
