A superb organisation in the south of Oxfordshire are looking for a part time (3/4 days) Financial Controller to oversee the development of the finance team. This is not your conventional FC role; reporting directly to the FD you will be expected to manage the daily operations of the department and develop the skills of the team while preparing strategic reports and board packs.

The Role:

  • Implement and develop control procedures.
  • Management of a small team
  • Manage key relationships for the finance department.
  • Present key reports and findings to the FD and board.

The Candidate:

  • Qualified accountant is essential(ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Prior team management experience is also a key requirement.
