We've partnered with an exciting Tech business with great prospects and growth plans. Looking to expand the team and hire an ambitious forward thinking FP&A Analyst reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take full responsibility for creating their own future whilst working in a collaborative environment with great market growth opportunity.

This is a home-based role so the candidate will be required to be able to self-manage their workload and to interact remotely as needed with potential future of a Reading based office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyses current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue.
  • Costs and capital expenditure.
  • Monitors performance indicators to highlight trends and identify unexpected variances.
  • Oversees and manages the budgeting and financial forecasting process.
  • Produces modelling tools and reporting to support strategic initiatives.
  • Provide detailed and accurate reporting to business, financial and sales management on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Capable of setting and managing their own workload.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
