FP&A Analyst required for a high growth SME business in Birmingham.

Duties:

  • Managent Accounts along with commentary and associated analysis
  • Financial analysis and modelling
  • Preparing rolling weekly and monthly cash forecasting
  • Drive a culture of maximising profitability within the business, providing challenge on sales and costs

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) - Ideally having trained in Audit at a large professional accountancy firm.
  • Experience of financial reporting at Executive/Board level.
  • Able to solve complex problems.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
  • Ability to support and challenge in equal measure, pushing back as required.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively speak in public settings.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skill
