A well respected and established retail in the City recruiting for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead the team and help the Bank towards achieving their next stage of success.

You will work closely with various management committees and be the lead in enhancing the Banks' overall MI, through budgeting and planning, profitability analysis, cost and income analysis.

There are Management responsibilities involved and you'll be expected to develop, coach and motivate your team.

Requirements

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

- Experienced FP&A Manager within a Banking or regulated financial services institution

- Strong analytical and systems skills

- Track record of developing and managing a successful team
