With that, they are keen to secure the services of a Fund Accounting Manager within their Private Equity business - A role that would suit a professional currently at Supervisor level seeking to take a step forward in their career.
Day to Day Duties - Some thereof.
- Overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings across some of the largest Private Equity and Real Estate Global Clients within the portfolio.
- Review capital activity that pertains to the funds including capital calls, distributions, rebalances and transfers
- Prepare and review fee calculations including (but not limited to) management fees, admin fees, waterfall clawback, and carried interest calculations
- Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple clients.
- Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
- Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.
- Prepare and review limited partner and general partner allocations.
- Prepare and review trial balances and work paper product.
- Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables.
- Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients.
Required:
We are keen to speak with any Fund Accounting professionals at Supervisor level who have gained at least 4-5 years' experience specifically within Private Equity and or Real Estate NAV work.
Tertiary qualified within a relevant Finance discipline plus strong communication in terms of liaising directly with Clients will be key to success as our client is very much a Client facing one.
