My client is a London based Real Estate Investment Management business. They are market leading and have a large international presence.

They are looking for an experienced Real Estate Fund Accountant/Controller to join their team ASAP for an initial 4-5 month contract. This would be working on their flagship UK Fund so would be quite high profile within the business.

This is very much a hands-on role as opposed to a review function so the successful candidate will need to have prepared accounts themselves as opposed to reviewed or managed a team who had done so.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Preparation of monthly NAVs
• Preparation of distribution calculations
• Tax reporting
• VAT
• Regulatory reporting
• interaction with transfer agency

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with at least 4 years post-qualified experience within a Real Estate Fund. Hands-on preparation experience is a must.

This is a flexible working environment with 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
