You will be taking responsibility for controlling and managing the financial accounting and reporting for a number of real estate/infrastructure/debt funds or direct properties. Specifically, your role will entail:
- Quarterly fund management accounts/NAVs
- Fund/entity statutory accounts
- Consolidations (where relevant)
- Preparing/reviewing financial statements
- Audit management
- Fund pricing
- Fund cash flow management
- Management of drawdowns and distributions
- Fund manager support
- Review of loan documentation
- Transaction support
- Performance measurement
- Fee calculations
- Tax and VAT reporting
- Entity governance
- Reporting to internal client
- AIFMD reporting
- Debt management
The ideal candidate will be a senior qualified accountant from the Big 4, or other accoutancy practice, with real estate audit experience.
The salary on offer is £60,000-£70,000 with a discretionary bonus and benefits package on top of this.
