A top tier Investment Manager is looking for Fund Finance Manager for their real estate strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to for any ambitious individual join a highly successful firm that has that has proven record and opportunities to grow and develop your career. Culture-wise, the firm has a friendly inclusive environment and offers flexible working hours.

You will be taking responsibility for controlling and managing the financial accounting and reporting for a number of real estate/infrastructure/debt funds or direct properties. Specifically, your role will entail:

  • Quarterly fund management accounts/NAVs
  • Fund/entity statutory accounts
  • Consolidations (where relevant)
  • Preparing/reviewing financial statements
  • Audit management
  • Fund pricing
  • Fund cash flow management
  • Management of drawdowns and distributions
  • Fund manager support
  • Review of loan documentation
  • Transaction support
  • Performance measurement
  • Fee calculations
  • Tax and VAT reporting
  • Entity governance
  • Reporting to internal client
  • AIFMD reporting
  • Debt management

The ideal candidate will be a senior qualified accountant from the Big 4, or other accoutancy practice, with real estate audit experience.

The salary on offer is £60,000-£70,000 with a discretionary bonus and benefits package on top of this.
