Our client are a well know and respected mid sized consultancy firm based in Dublin City Centre. They are currently seeking a experienced Consultant to join their growing Funds Industry Team. With offices in Europe and the Cayman Islands our client currently have an opportunity for a driven and capable consultant looking for growth and development in the offshore funds environment.

Duties will include:

• Advising fund promoters on a wide range of compliance, operational and governance issues relevant to the establishment and operation of investment funds across all of the leading offshore centres.
• Acting as a consultant to various investment funds.
• Assisting funds in meeting the substance requirements of both UCITS and AIFMD.
• Representing the firm to clients, legal advisors, audit firms, administrators and custodians.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of ten years' experience in the funds industry
• Detailed understanding of mutual/hedge fund operations
• Excellent interpersonal and client management skills
• Clarity of analysis and of expression, both verbal and oral
• Professional qualification (legal / accounting / CFA)
