If you are a recent graduate with a 2:1 or above on a relevant course, (A&F, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics,) and you are looking to start a career in finance from the best place possible then this could be the role for you.
An astonishing proportion of the FTSE index Finance Directors have come from similar grad schemes, the rotation process allows for graduates to get a 360 degree view of finance from the bottom up and gives incumbents a broad variety of day to day responsibilities with a view to discovering and honing particular areas of interest, offering unrivalled progression and support.
