Multinational Retail Shopping Centre Group - Group Financial Accountant - Day rate

General responsibilities:

Prepare all statutory financial statements (FRS 102 and IFRS) for the UK entities within the Group
Annual consolidation of Management companies
Support Group / JV partner accounting team etc
Stakeholder management - auditors, investors etc

Requirements:

Must be fully qualified ACA (ICAEW OR equivalent) accountant - ideally with 6-12 months industry experience but will consider practice experience
Strong technical accountant; IFRS / FRS 102
Property or multi-site Retail industry experience nice to have
