FP&A Analyst

A newly created role to accommodate a new acquisition!

The new role aims to integrate two businesses together by supporting the executive decision making through delivering robust insight and analysis of both past and future performance

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver regular reporting of performance across the business (P&L summaries, variance analysis and KPI reporting)
  • Support the delivery of the planning process across the business including strategic 3 year plans, annual budgeting and monthly reforecasting
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to drive a continuous improvement in financial systems and processes to better understand underlying performance
  • Develop financial modelling for scenario planning

Requirements

  • University degree and/or professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Ideally suited to a newly qualified Accountant with strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of accounting and financial management concepts
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience of ERP systems
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel and Powerpoint
