Marks Sattin is recruiting for a Group Treasurer for a maternity cover of 12 months. Working in this highly creative and growing organisation, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3 to ensure clarity of information across the group.

In the role you will be responsible for cash flow management, reporting, banking and investor relationships, project management and improvement and risk management.

You will be responsible for:

  • Development, implementation and monitoring of Treasury strategy and operational policies;
  • Daily management of the Group cash position, ensuring adequate liquidity for working capital needs, manage inter-company cash, identification of funding needs
  • Monthly reconciliation of cash balances
  • Cash flow forecasting - short term and longer term.
  • Liaising with company investors, bankers, directors and senior managers
  • Driving changes within the Treasury team to ensure more efficient processes and procedures

You will have proven experience working in a complex treasury function with the experience of:

  • Experience of Asset Back Lending facilities
  • Treasury risk management
  • FX dealing
