Head of Finance - Executive Search

A Head of Finance required for a leading, global Executive Search Business based in central London.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Preparation of monthly group management accounts
  • Review of P&Ls
  • Board reporting - commentary, variance, KPI and trend analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Preparation of quarterly VAT returns
  • Business partnering with senior stakeholders
  • Supporting the CFO on project work
  • Managing a team of direct reports

Key skills and experience:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Management of direct reports
  • Strong analytical skills
  • An excellent communicator
  • Engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Exposure to the recruitment industry (preferable)

This position will be reporting directly into the CFO, with exposure to a number of senior stakeholders across the business. This is an initial contracting opportunity, paying up to £350 per day with the potential to go permanent.
