A Highly Profitable Multi-Site PE-Backed Consumer Led business is seeking a Head of Finance to partner with the CFO and lead the company's finance function. As Head of Finance this is a key role in the business, you will join a tight-knit team and play a leading role within the finance function supporting the continued growth and success of the business.

The Head of Finance will have full responsibility for the day to day running finance function and supervision of the finance team. Partnering the CFO you will ensure that the business's financial targets are met. Establishing, maintaining and improving financial processes, and developing multi-year business plans, the role will include management of budgeting, forecasting process as well responsibility for monthly management accounts, statutory accounts and control of the audit.

As Head of Finance you will be a qualified accountant, preferably chartered with experience of a similar role in a head office/group function in a multi-site consumer, retail or leisure business. The role has the opportunity to include a long term succession plan and as such would suit an ambitious candidate who would relish the opportunity to influence the direction and growth of the business. This is a unique opportunity with equity potential.
