Start your job searchA leading PE-Backed Software business is seeking to recruit an ambitious Head of Finance in order to help continue the company's rapid growth. Supporting their growing client portfolio the Head of Finance will have broad responsibility across the business.
You will have excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to liaise effectively at all levels. In addition the Head of Finance will be key to improving the business's board packs including bringing in best practice with regards to systems, processes and controls. With responsibility for implementing KPI reporting the Head of Finance will play an integral role in identifying profitable revenue streams and have complete responsibility for producing monthly accounts and financial board reports, as well as managing the business's month-end process.
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably chartered, you will have experience managing cash & covenants, ideally in a PE-Backed or Leveraged business. This is a great opportunity to grow your career as Head of Finance in an exciting PE Backed business as a key partner to the CFO with equity.
