Fast-growing listed technology business based in the City are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join the team in an integral role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day finance of all UK entities as well as managing a small team. The company are highly acquisitive and will offer plenty of opportunities for development and progression in the future.

Role

  • Motivate and manage a finance team, responsible for training and development.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the business and awareness of key activities and issues
  • Perform variance analysis on results versus budget.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly & annual reporting
  • Balance sheet journals and reconciliations
  • Work with senior teams, challenging assumptions and providing financial analysis and guidance.
  • Ensure that our financial systems are robust, compliant and can support current activities and future growth
  • Timely completion of all statutory returns including PAYE, VAT and EC sales list etc
