Start your job searchA great opportunity to join a FTSE listed Bank as a Head of FP&A and help to further fuel the firm's growth.
You will be joining a growing and dynamic FP&A team, playing a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape through data driven analytics, innovation and modernisation. You will be taking charge on the Bank's current modenisation projects, developing relationships with various stakeholders within the business and reporting progress and changes to senior stakeholders and ExCo.
The responsibilities for the role will include:
- Own the reporting and tracking of all financial benefits associated with the firms Modernisation programme
- Work with the cost team to track and bank any saves (given they will see the benefits in their bottom line cost view) on an ongoing basis
- Engage in and act as the main Finance point of contact for all board and programme level financial reporting and ensure these are accurately represented at all levels
- Align with the Finance Change team to ensure all system changes relating to Modernisation are understood. Co-ordinate across FP&A to ensure any required updates are made to processes and reporting to reflect Modernisation
Experience required:
- Previous Financial Services experience
- Previous FP&A experience
- Previous experience of the design and operation of finance processes and controls
