HEAD OF PEOPLE/HR MANAGER

Brand new instruction for a Senior HR Advisor/HR Manager to join a retail business which is undergoing significant change and restructure.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll be experienced in all areas of Generalist HR and will have the ability to assist with all change rationale and be the conduit between the Board and all areas of the workforce from customer services through to 'Heads of Departments'.

  • You'll be able to enconse yourself fully in the business and will absolutely pivotal in all of the below:
  • Shaping and improving all areas of Employee Engagement and employment retention strategy
  • Implementing and driving all areas of Employee Relations
  • Making recommendations for all issues relating to compliance and GDPR
  • Conducting and leading all aspects relating to compensation and benefits

This role requires a very 'project driven' and proactive mind/approach, and will deinitely suit someone who's keen to add value and drive a business successfully to the next levels.
