Innovative technology start up in Oxfordshire is looking for an interim CFO for a period of 3-6 months to implant finance process, working with sales and development teams to ensure strong governance and controls are embedded. Reporting into the CEO, you will be a seasoned finance professional who can demonstrate a track record in scaling SMEs to success. The CFO will also act as a COO, ensuring the operational parts of the business are delivering on objectives and hitting performance indicators. You will be well versed in Commercial Contracts, working with clients to establish innovative revenue models and ensure the business is able to capitalise on the growth already realised. You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ ACMA qualified equivalent), available to commence work in no more than 2 months and passionate about driving the business forward.
