Start your job searchA PE-backed SaaS Tech business, having posted impressive organic and acquisitive growth in 2024 is recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager on an initial 9 month contract. This is a highly visible role providing project and finance support integrating their latest acquisition, whilst providing the CFO and FD with commercial finance activity.
As the Interim Finance Manager, you will be:
- Assisting with month end preparation, producing management accounts
- Delivering key financial analysis around performance of revenue, ARR and churn
- Integrating an acquired business in to the group for financial reporting, modelling and systems synergies
- Ensuring group accounting policies are adopted appropriately
- Delivering on financial reporting requirements
- Completing ad hoc project request on acquisition company relating to integration, commercial finance and systems
The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified from a top 15 practice firm. Candidates with ACCA/CIMA qualification will also be considered. Prior experience integrating acquired businesses within a £30-£100m turnover business is essential. Apply ASAP to ensure you're considered.
