Our client a Property Investment Fund is looking for an interim Head of Fund Finance.

This is a contract basis roll heading up a finance team on the Fund side with responsibility for an experienced team of fund controllers who are carrying out investor reporting, complex deal/transaction support for acquisitions and disposals, oversight of fund and financial accounting, management reporting for fund finance deliverables, working with asset managers to ensure that budgets & forecasts are in line with fund models.

You must meet the following criteria to be considered

- Be a qualified ACA or equivalent - extensive experience

- Have significant experience in complex real estate investment fund finance business covering all the areas highlighted above

- Be a great communicator who is comfortable managing experienced accountants

Start Date - January/Early Feb

Duration: 9-12 months

Day Rate: Fixed Term Contract - £120,000 - 130,000 Ltd depending on experience
