Private Equity Fund seeking an Interim Tax Director with extensive Tax Structuring experience for a for 12m contract.

This is a contract role where the candidate will be soley responsble for all Tax matters pertaining to M&A transactions, investment fund set up and general tax reporting.

You will have tax experience of structuring from the Luxembourg based fund perspective (including creating private equity structures from scratch, managing the tax structuring of exists, transfer pricing for funds, considering tax leakage around structures, impacts of portfolio companies etc. along with managing external advisors and sense checking their work) and tax reporting from a corporate perspective (corporate tax, VAT, transfer pricing).

The successful candidate will a director level tax specialist with extensive experience. Significant private equity fund transactions experience is required, for setting up new transactions and managing exits.

Duration: 12 months Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £110000-£120000 + Bonus
