Investment Accountant

Newly-created role for a busy property business to work within their property and investment team supporting a range of stakeholders with relevant financial information to drive decision making.

Company

Leading group with a varied investment portfolio across property and consumer-based businesses. The group are in a period of growth and expansion which brings with it new projects and opportunities including: Systems and processes overhaul and improvement, focus on more commercial finance/ business partnering and newly-created roles added to the team.

Duties:

  • Working closely with asset managers/ directors, tax, internal audit and other stakeholders
  • Taking responsibility for financials for a group of entities including preparation of all aspects of management accounts including: Forecasting, analysing and agreeing intra-group transactions and VAT returns
  • Preparation of audit files and annual financial statements for number of entities
  • Ad hoc analysis as required by stakeholders

Benefits

In return you will get a competitive base salary up to £58,000 + benefits (available upon request.)
