The Client: Boutique Corporate Services Firm
The Location: London City Centre (5 days in office)
This is a new position created to join a growing business to join their Investment Operations team to provide safe custody of money and assets to its clients.
The Requirements:
- Previous experience in as an office assistant/administrator, ideally in Financial Services or Professional Services environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Experience using a CRM system is desirable
- Able to work part of a team and individually to meet strict deadlines
The Role:
- Providing the Investment Operations team & Senior Management with administrative support and ad hoc projects as required
- Been the first point of for external stakeholders directing them to the appropriate member of staff
- Carry daily cheque deposits at the bank, ensuring cheques are banked into the correct account on same as receipt and maintaining accurate records
- Managing relationships with third party office maintenance providers
- Dealing with general office requirements as seen fit
