A not-for-profit business are looking to hire a IT/Problem & Change Analyst to join their team and support their Service Transition team working closely with Internal Teams, Service Desk and External Technology/ Infrastructure Partners.

They will be leading Change Advisory Board meetings whilst also managing the Problem processes by performing Root Cause Analysis for any incident allowiing for improvement of User Experience. They will also need to be able to effectively manage the Change lifecycle ensuring that they are high quality and integrate into other business processes. This will also include the monitoring and managing changes to maintain standards.

You will need-

  • 1-3 Years Experience within Infrastructure Teams utilising CAB environment.
  • Strong experience taking part and/or chairing CAB meetings.
  • Experience working with External Vendors or Partners.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ideally IFIL Qualification
