The company looks to promote & gain better value from technology, to facilitate this there is a need to design, create & deliver straightforward, simplified visual user manuals & video graphic type content & material. The need for solid training & induction materials that underpin this activity is the essential focus of this role. For clarity the role is more focused on the design & creation of content
IT Training Content Designer / IT Trainer / IT User Trainer / SAP User Trainer - Essex
Expertise & Responsibilities - IT Training Content Designer / IT Trainer
- Proven experience as IT Training Content Designer, IT Trainer, SAP Training Content Designer, ERP Training Content Designer, SAP User Training Content Designer, SAP User Trainer, IT User Trainer, SAP Content Training Designer, SAP Content Designer or similar
- Experience of building training materials that are used as part of self-service &/or induction training activities
- Proven experience in building self-service training tools for major systems, with strong background within training focused roles (user manuals &/or YouTube type visual user manuals & graphics)
- Experience of developing & creating training materials across various channels, working as part of an IT change programme
- Responsible for design & creation of a set of self-service uPerform training materials focused initially on the quality management processes but quickly expanding into all other functional areas of ERP/CRM/SAP
- Once SAP/ERP has been addressed there is the opportunity to move onto other applications within UK
