I have been instructed by my exclusive top 10 Accountancy Firm client in a search for a Legal Counsel to join their London based legal team. Please see the following details and get in touch if this role is of interest.

My client is a global accountancy business based in London. They provide a wide range of finance and corporate services to their clients across the UK and have built an excellent reputation for their work. This opportunity would suit a 3-5 year PQE UK qualified Lawyer, from a high profile practice and/or with in house experience in a similar accountancy firm.

• Understanding of legal aspects of indemnity insurance
• Risk and compliance experience
• General application of in-house corporate law (Drafting, reading, writing etc.)
• Regulatory compliance experience
• Comfortable when providing ad-hoc advice to stakeholders verbally and in writing
• Team player with excellent communication skills
