Are you a recently qualified Management Accountant, looking to join a rapidly growing business?

Marks Sattin are working with a £200 Million turnover business based in Chesterfield, who have grown both organically and by acquisitions over the past 5 years. Due to continued success and exciting plans for the future, they are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Management Accountant.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Produce on a timely monthly basis consolidated group and business unit management accounts and appropriate commentary on the results.
  • Build, develop and maintain a group dashboard reporting pack covering strategic milestones, objectives and key results for business units. Identify and develop suitable KPIs to measure performance.
  • Provide Business Partnering support across the business where required. To challenge the business in a constructive way driving continuous improvement.
  • Support the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting process.
  • Build and maintain financial models and analytical schedules to support projects and business development as required.
  • To report accurate results on a monthly and annual basis.
  • To establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure accurate Budgets and Forecasts are prepared.
  • Assist in the planning and roll out of new systems

About You

  • A driven proactive team player who is keen to succeed and passionate about their work.
  • Ability to take the initiative and work independently
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can build relationships with all stakeholders and articulate financial matters to the business with clarity.
