My client are a fashion and retail business with an EMEA HQ in Basingstoke. An exciting growth phase has led to extra headcount being signed off and there are new vacancies within their head office in Finance. Reporting to the Financial Controller this role will have EMEA & APAC exposure and will offer the lucky candidate the chance to work with international entities from the offset. The role will involve:

• Preparation of EMEA monthly management accounts
• Preparation of monthly management reporting packs
• Variance analysis
• Business partnering
• Profitability analysis
• Product pricing
• Financial modelling
• Reporting
• Financial Planning

The successful candidate will be:

• ACCA / CIMA Finalist or Part Qualified
• Degree educated
• 2-3 years' experience of producing management accounts
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Strong excel skills
• Ability to analyse data
• Good teamwork skills
