Due to an internal promotion, a brilliant opportunity now exists for a talented Management Accountant to join the team on a 6 month contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will have responsibilities including:
- Preparation of monthly financial accounts
- Annual budget preparation
- Monthly forecasting
- Monthly variance analysis
- Long term planning and strategic analysis
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Assist with rolling out efficiencies and new processes
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Qualification:
- Newly ACA Qualified
- Experience within the media/retail sector
- Experience working within a high-volume business
- Experience of working in a dynamic environment
- Experience of working in a diverse team
- Proven track record in producing accurate management accounts in a timely manner
Skills and Knowledge:
- Working to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail at all times
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Positive attitude
- Experience of producing management accounts within a strict deadline
- Experience of Sage X3
