Start your job searchAn international property business in Huddersfield has a new opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.
I am working with this client on an exclusive basis and aim to appoint the successful candidate before the end of the year.
Management Accounting
- Preparation of bi-monthly management accounts for all offices
- Review, investigate and comment on variances against budget
- Fixed assets and depreciation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
Reporting
- Bi-monthly group reporting pack
- Project profitability reporting
- Secured earnings and pipeline reporting
- Sector reporting
- Monthly reporting
Other
- Assist in the annual budget and half year reforecast process
- Internal office review visits across sites - travel across the UK will be required
- VAT return preparation
- Financial analysis to support bid activity, marketing publications and surveys
For this role we are looking for a fully qualified Accountant with extensive experience in Management Accounts. You need to be able to demonstrate advanced excel skills and also be a good communicator as this role will involve lots of interaction with multiple offices, the Finance Director and the wider team
Salary £40,000 base plus benefits
