An international property business in Huddersfield has a new opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team.

I am working with this client on an exclusive basis and aim to appoint the successful candidate before the end of the year.

Management Accounting

  • Preparation of bi-monthly management accounts for all offices
  • Review, investigate and comment on variances against budget
  • Fixed assets and depreciation
  • Balance sheet reconciliations

Reporting

  • Bi-monthly group reporting pack
  • Project profitability reporting
  • Secured earnings and pipeline reporting
  • Sector reporting
  • Monthly reporting

Other

  • Assist in the annual budget and half year reforecast process
  • Internal office review visits across sites - travel across the UK will be required
  • VAT return preparation
  • Financial analysis to support bid activity, marketing publications and surveys

For this role we are looking for a fully qualified Accountant with extensive experience in Management Accounts. You need to be able to demonstrate advanced excel skills and also be a good communicator as this role will involve lots of interaction with multiple offices, the Finance Director and the wider team

Salary £40,000 base plus benefits
