We are working with an established, nationwide Financial Services organisation, assisting in their search for a Management Accountant Team Leader in Reading.

The successful candidate must be fully qualified ACCA/CIMA with a minimum of 2 years post qualifed experience. Some management/supervisory and relevant industry exposure is advantageous but not essential.

Duties will include:

• Monthly reconciliation of key account is completed to a high standard
• Support the month end reporting process
• Supervise the management accounting team and their direct reports
• Manage cash flow reporting
• Submit VAT returns and reconcile in the General Ledger
• Support with the year end audit process
• Assist in the development of finance processes and policies
• Motivate and assist the finance team, offering support and guidance
• Work with the Statutory Reporting team to ensure the group meets its statutory responsibilities
• Support the budgeting process
