Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds City Centre based Law firm to assist in the recruitment of a MI Analyst. This role will see you work across both the Finance & HR functions and you will be responsible for the creation & maintenance of management information & analysis.

Responsibilities;

  • Create and maintain a suite of dashboards through the HR system.
  • Automate routine ,monthly reports for HR.
  • Data analysis, identifying trends and areas of improvement.
  • Work with HR to identify data quality issues.

Skills;

  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data.
  • Experience of working with and creating macros.
  • Able to present data in formats relevant to the teams.
