Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Leading and working as part of a team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely provision of a payroll service, calculation and processing for 7000 to 11000 employees over 9 payrolls including 3 Irish payrolls - This will involve online and manual timesheets with different terms and conditions.
  • Organise and assign work amongst staff ensuring a fully efficient weekly payroll operation and the team's ability to meet all Company deadlines.
  • Review, audit and control the flow of information to all relevant personnel/areas within the business.
  • Liaise with the relevant external authorities.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge needed:

  • Previous experience within a similar role is essential.
  • Strong payroll experience, including all statutory payments
  • Strong Team leader experience.
  • Knowledge of Pension schemes is advantageous.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication s kills both written and oral.
