Our client are an interesting and exciting organisation looking for a part qualified accountant with 2-4 years experience in accounting positions who is looking to join a small finance team in a growing company based in Dublin 2.

The role is particularly suitable to an outgoing and personable candidate who is part qualified and looking to complete their ACCA qualifications in a supportive and diverse environment.

  • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations including bank recs.
  • Supporting with financial month end, quarter end and year end reporting.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset register.
  • Management of Intercompany transactions.
  • Management accounts reporting.
  • Assisting in year-end audit process.
  • Preparation of weekly payment run.
  • Dealing with internal and external queries.
  • Processing of supplier invoices and manage PO listing.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Qualified/ Part-qualified Accountant who is at least mid-stage of ACCA/ ACA/ CIMA.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to a fast moving industry.
  • Must be advanced in Excel and all Microsoft Office application.
  • Similar role or finance experience essential in industry.
